Return, Refund, and Exchange PolicyUpdated 9 months ago

RETURN POLICY: 

If you need to return an item, please make sure it is unused and in the same condition you received it. It must be in its original packaging with all original parts. 

Our return policy is 30 days after the purchase date. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.   

We provide a three-year warranty on cards and a two-year warranty on readers. We warrant that the product is free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. See our Warranty Policy for details. 

Non-returnable items: 

  • Software products 

To return an item, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Before sending your purchase back, you must first contact support and receive an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Without this information, we may not be able to match your return to your original order.   

 

REFUND POLICY (if applicable): 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund has been approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.  

Late or missing refunds: 

If you have been approved for a refund but have not received it yet, first check your bank account again. 

If it is still not being shown, contact your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): 

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the purchase date.   

EXCHANGE POLICY (if applicable): 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged under the terms of our warranty policy. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and you will receive an RMA number and return instructions.   

SHIPPING: 

To return your product, contact [email protected] to receive an RMA number and instructions on where to send your product.   

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.   

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.   

If you are shipping an item over $35, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The item should also be placed in its original case for cards and the original box for readers to protect it during shipping.
