Cancel an OrderUpdated 9 months ago

We generally ship products out the same day by 1 pm on weekdays when the order is placed. To cancel your order, please submit a general contact support form stating your desire to cancel your order along with the order number. Including the order number is important so that we can cancel the correct order.   

If an order is not canceled before it is shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to initiate a return process. Once the item(s) are received, we will then proceed with the refund process.
