The warranty period is 3 years for cards and 2 years for readers from the time of purchase.
For the warranty periods listed above, we warrant that our products (excluding any third-party software) will be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Our warranty only covers defects arising under normal use and does not include malfunctions or failures resulting from:
Misuse
Abuse
Neglect
Alteration
Problems with electrical power
Usage not in accordance with Product instructions
Acts of nature
Improper installation or repairs made by anyone other than ProGrade Digital or a ProGrade Digital authorized third-party service provider.
