To start a return or warranty claim, please email [email protected].    

When starting your claim, please provide the following information: 

  • Product Name 

  • Purchase Date 

  • ProGrade Digital Order Number or Reseller/Amazon Invoice pdf  

  • Serial Number  

  • Phone number 

  • Brief description of why you are submitting the claim 

After submitting the form, someone from customer support will get back to you via email as soon as possible. Submitting multiple support requests either via email or phone will slow down our response time. 

Support hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm PT. 

Please note: If a support ticket is submitted outside of these hours, a representative will respond during the next business day.
