When Ingest Pro is not allowed to access a drive, macOS will tell Ingest Pro&#xA0;it&apos;s&#xA0;empty. Fix this by enabling Full Disk Access in the Privacy &amp; Security (macOS 13.x or newer) or Security &amp; Privacy (macOS 12.x or older) system setting.&#xA0;

MacOS may tell Ingest Pro that the drive is empty when it is not allowed access. Fix this by enabling Full Disk Access in the Privacy & Security setting.
