If you are not seeing the PG05.6 in the software, you must ensure that your PG05.6 is utilizing the latest firmware. You can download the latest firmware for this reader on our website here under the Reader Firmware Update section. Once that is completed, you will be able to see your PG05.6 in Refresh Pro.
Refresh Pro isn’t recognizing my CFexpress B card. What do I do?
Performing Command + H on Mac and Ctrl + H on Windows helps recognize the CFexpress B card if it is not showing up in Refresh Pro. After performing this command, your CFexpress B card should show up in Refresh Pro.
Why don’t my CFexpress A Cobalt card and PG04 reader work in Refresh Pro?
