The PG10 SSD USB 4.0 is a plug and play device and does not require any setup. Simply connect it to your computer and it is ready to use.
Why do you have two version for the 8TB?
For the PG10 External SSD USB 4.0, we have a Mac and Windows preformatted version only the for 8TB capacity. This is because Mac computers that are running MacOS 14 or earlier won't recognize a drive that is 8TB or higher that is formatted in exFAT.
